Bryan Fink has been a General Contractor for the last 25 years. He specializes in high-performance windows and siding. He recently has participated in promoting rebates with PG&E and SMUD's Home Performance Programs. Many folks are unaware of the great rebates and programs available in California to make their homes more energy-efficient. One of Bryan's passions is to take the time to inform customers about these rebates and help them get the best deal for their project. Bryan has also been involved in many activities outside of construction, including:

LANCE NEWEY

Lance Newey has been a General contractor since 1995 and has been involved in selling and installing windows since 1988.

He has personally been involved in more than 15,000 home improvement projects. These projects included windows, siding, HVAC, roofing, and building custom homes. He is a BPI Certified Building Analyst, familiar with the most current ways to make your home energy efficient. He is also an expert on all available Northern California utility rebate programs. Lance is family-oriented and has six grown children and ten grandchildren.
